  They are the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they treat Ketchup like she is their own pet.

  They don't deserve one star. I started with Banfield about 5 years ago because of their Wellness Program. It works if your dog is healthy...or so they say. Every time I've brought her in the last 3 years, there is something wrong with her that costs me hundreds of dollars. She's had crystals in her urine (aka kidney stones) that never resurface after spending a few hundred dollars on medicated dog food that she should've only been eating for a few months, if that, but no one told me, so she ate it for almost a year. Now my healthy dog goes in for a physical and her blood work is abnormal, so let's take her off of this medicated dog food and put her on ANOTHER medicated dog food that she's only supposed to take for a few months, but it's been over a year. How do I know this? Well, she went in for a dental cleaning and came out with pancreatitis. According to HER NEW VETERINARIAN THAT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH BANFIELD, she should never have been on that medicated dog food for as long as she had been. Also, if she had kidney stones or the start of them, it would be recurring and it has not. The last time that I brought her was for a dental cleaning and I didn't want to, but I was made to feel like a bad dog mom, so I did it and my baby girl was shaking so much that she pooped twice in the waiting room and she never does that. After that last visit, she now has a new vet. SHE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER BANFIELD HOSPITAL AGAIN!!! Also, if you sign up for the Wellness Program, they will not allow you to cancel any remaining months. I've tried and I have to pay monthly thru February 2027 and I talked to the practice manager and a "higher up" who talked to me like I was an idiot. They care for money, not your furbaby.

  Everyone who works here is amazing I love it I’m happy I choose them I have a Big Pitty and another one puppy They never once said or looked uncomfortable dealing with King (bigger pitty) it’s always nothing but love ! And there very understanding and helpful with a lot it’s a family here and that’s the best part They literally are the best and when or recommend banfield , I say MAKE SURE YOU GO GLASTONBURY LOCATION They are the best ! The plans are well worth the money
