    Normally have a great experience, but the last appointment was a disaster. The groomer never showed up for one of our dogs and I had to take the other dog back on another day. When I took the second dog in, she got butchered.

    I was some what pleased with the grooming services but I was not happy that it took almost 4 hours for my pet to be groomed when it usually takes from 1 1/2 -2 hours to have my pet groomed.
