- AAAshley ArevaloJun 27, 20261.0Not happy at all honestly, the groomer said my dog had anxiety and didn’t cooperate, said on the phone I would be free of charge, when I get there she charges ms $47 with a 20% coupon says I have to pay first before I get my dog back. I truly felt like I got robbed, please be careful with your dogs and your money sometimes big buisness don’t care about taking your money even tho you are upset and unsatisfied and they didn’t do their job or couldn’t get it done they don’t care they will take your money either way. If I pay for a service it has to be done! If not then you shouldn’t charge because that was your fault. If you can’t commit then just don’t go further with the service give me my dog and don’t charge me because you guys only care about money. I asked for my dog to get a trim to pair his hair up a little, cut his nails they only cut the front ones and some of them because 2 of them on the left paw were longer then the other ones. Back ones didn’t get cut. Ear wax is still there I asked for it to be removed. They charged me $47 for a bath, a nail cutt for the front ones and a blow practically. Im upset with my experience and definitely won’t ever take my dog there again.
