Very kind people working here over the years I’ve seen this store grow to be such a strong feature in our town. They have a vast vast selection of items some you wonder “hey, did they tailor this for me?” It’s so on point every time I go now. Prices are a little ish but the people make it worth it. The guy there is cool and funny as hell too. Stay lifted! ✌️ 🤙

She seemed bothered when I asked to look at the mice and spoke to me as if I had no knowledge in caring for animals and tried to deter me from my purchase because I didn’t want to pay for a bunch of unnecessary add ons. The store was also gross and dirty with water all over the floor and dog pee stains. Food containers for animals left on tanks and shed snake skin out in the open. I would much rather go to the windsor location for any future purchases.
