  The store clerk named Angel in the Enfield Petco was so helpful! He informed me about autoship which also in turn would save me money on my dogs treats I buy monthly . I cannot thank him enough

  Had the absolute worst experience here. Came in to buy a hamster and the woman who helped us was extremely rude and passive agressive. Was no help in trying to find us the best fit or give us any advice. A week later we came back to return the hamster she sold us because of its agressiveness and extreme biting. This woman who originally helped us wasn’t even the one helping us return the hamster but she was nearby and was making nasty comments. Before the man who was helping us opened the box to see the hamster inside she was already making comments that she knew exactly which hamster it was that we were returning as if this hamster had been returned previously and she knew how this hamster behaved but still sold it to us knowing I had a small child with me and it was going to be her pet. We left this store and went to Petsmart and had a much more positive experience where the staff was very friendly & actually gave us input and helped us find the best fit for a small child. I will never return to a petco and support their business again.

  Lady in the fish department was rude and not helpful at all. Won't buy my fish from them again. Bought 2 fish awhile ago and they died within 2 days. Sold me sick fish.

  Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Amanda, who took the time to recommend & help me decide which flea & tick product would work best for my dog. My dog also unfortunately had an accident (pooped) in the store. I was so embarrassed and felt bad. But she said it's ok I'll take care of that. She reassured me it happens and not to worry about it. I will definitely recommend this Petco to my family and friends. They provide good customer service. 🐕‍🦺
