Especially Amanda, who took the time to recommend & help me decide which flea & tick product would work best for my dog. My dog also unfortunately had an accident (pooped) in the store. I was so embarrassed and felt bad. But she said it's ok I'll take care of that. She reassured me it happens and not to worry about it. I will definitely recommend this Petco to my family and friends. They provide good customer service. 🐕🦺

Then started talking about other staff members not doing their jobs and how poorly run it is there. Slamming around the stuff we purchased and literally threw it at my daughter who made this purchase all on her own. From start to finish she had an issue with us and was incredibly unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable.
