Val is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping each dog reach their full potential. What we appreciate most is that she always tailors her training to Apollo's specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. She takes the time to understand his personality, strengths, and challenges, and adjusts her training accordingly. Not only has Apollo learned so much, but we as owners have learned an incredible amount from her as well.

All the employees are great, but I see her the most. Always multitasking, always welcoming, really knows her stuff. Even if she has her hands full, she still acknowledges everyone.
