Just in case this doesn't get translated to all receptionist making appointments for grooming. Please let people know when making their pet nail trim appointment that a pet with a heart murmur over a 2 rating will not be accepted. I have brought my dog for nail trims to Petco for years and this is the first time I heard of this. It was a waste of my time and a delay in getting her nails trimmed. Please do better!

Very helpful employees but carried no cat constipation drops or laxatives. That’s not helpful.

I bought 3 female beta fish. Only a few weeks ago. They got along and were beautiful in the tank. The first on died after a week. Took the water to be tested. There wasn't anyone knowledgeable there to help me. Water came back good except the first line was a bit pink but nothing serious. 2nd week the 2nd one died. A man in the store who wasn't an employee told me what to buy. I did. More money. Had the water tested again. The pH came back slightly elevated. Bought more for that and for stress and took out water and replaced the tank water. Algae was starting to grow. One beta left. Went back to buy an Algae eater. Was told no not until I get the water correct. But this wasn't by a woman who worked the fish dept. Saw gold fish dead alot in the tank there. Bought more of what she wanted me to buy. I also bought a sponge to wipe off the Algae. More money. Now I'm wondering if I should get another beta to keep the last one company. The 3 original ones loved each other. Read that betas in captivity only usually live 8 months in those containers. How sad. But not having a fish expert on the floor was hard and expensive for me. Spent about 150 for the three and the chemicals and still lost 2. Not happy with my experience so far.

The never seem to have wellness large cans 12oz. So, it cost me more for the food. Two 5oz cost just as much as the 12oz
