  Cassie was AMAZING!! My dog suffers with having rough/dry paws and Cassie knew exactly what to do. He came home with the softest paws, I need to know her secret! I highly recommend Cassie for pet grooming.

  I take my two dogs to get a brushing once a week with Cassie and Alyssa. Cassie is always accommodating and helpful. She does a great job brushing my two Keeshonds. Another person who I’ve been using to brush out my dog is Cheyanne. She does a great job brushing out my Keeshond and she is very caring and gentle with her too

  When I brought my dog in for a bath and poodle detangler treatment I was told her tail was matted. I’ve been to this grooming location a number of times, at longer intervals than this and my dog (a cavapoo) never had an issue with that even with longer hair. Additionally I inform the staff that the last time I brought her in, I told them only give my dog a scissor cut. Just like they did the time prior (which had my dog looking good and neat). Instead, she came out looking trimmer cut and not NEARLY as nice as the time before. There even little tufts of uncut/stray hair. And my dogs overall appearance wasn’t as nice. This time around I suggested that whatever matting they found was due to the poor quality of the most recent grooming. In my opinion the quality of this location has gone done. And being told it was a “training location” has not eased my mind, especially considering we are paying the standard rate for any of the services offered there. That said, there are a couple of groomers there that are nice and do good work. But overall I am disappointed. I even pointed out the stray tufts this time around and they didn’t even take care of this latest time!

  My King Charles cavalier looks like a toddler took scissors to him, Deja the groomer butchered my fur baby. My Frenchie had a bath and "supposed to have gotten her ears cleaned! They still had a bad smell after all was said and done. I dropped them off at 8:45 the process took about 40min for paperwork and questions, request I wanted for my babies. They were out of there at 10:20 I thought that was quick for 2 dogs, baths, nails trimmed and buffed and ear cleaning, saying that to say' how good of a job could be done in such a short time. After all!, the way I got my babies back speaks for it self. Wouldn't recommend that Petco on sugar hollow in Danbury.
