When I booked an appointment online, there was a place for reminders. I wrote how our dog has never been crated because our usual stylists were not listed. My husband received a call yesterday reminding us of the appointment. When arriving today, the girl told him she’d give our dog his 5-10 minute bath, put our dog in a crate, do his nails, and then we could come back at 2 from our 9 am appt. Our appointments have never taken more than 20 minutes and this didn’t make any sense at all. My husband left and called another PetCo who immediately took us in and did not need to use the crate. We will not be returning to this location.

Nick was very helpful and really knew his stuff. I look forward to my next trip to Danbury to purchase more from this store.
