- LCLindsey CruzJun 7, 20261.0This is for the groomers not the store itself. I’ve taken my dog here for years and the last 2 times my husband took him, he has been given attitude. This time May 25th, He was told our CORGI is “too old” he’s 11. And the groomer refused to brush his teeth because she was afraid of him and he barked at another dog, which is what DOGS do! Our dog has never nipped anyone or I would have been told. And because of this we were told by the manager we are banned/not welcome from coming again. My husband had brought updated vaccine paperwork the previous time, which should have been filed and updated on their end and he was hassled for that too. Each time I had come here no one has mentioned our dog’s age or temperament and now suddenly when my husband does it he is scolded for this. We will not be coming back to this location as they did a terrible job trimming his nails as well.
