I shopped for items for my cat and found everything easily. I bought catnip and cat grass and my check out person was very personable & helpful.

Anna L. is absolutely amazing! She treated my dog with so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. She was also incredibly patient and respectful when communicating with me. Heavy accent here...even after many years. She took the time to listen carefully, made sure she understood what I wanted, and made me feel completely comfortable and heard. My dog came home looking beautiful, smelling wonderful, and feeling happy and relaxed. Anna’s attention to detail is incredible, and it’s obvious that she truly loves the animals she works with. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in her care. I highly recommend Anna L. to anyone looking for a talented, trustworthy, compassionate, and welcoming groomer. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Anna!

I never thought I would write a review like this in all the years I’ve been living in this country, but the experience I had today with Anna L. from the grooming salon was extremely disappointing. This girl has absolutely no manners, and on top of that, she is very rude when communicating with pet owners. From the moment I arrived, I greeted her very politely, and I couldn’t even get a “good morning” or a “hello” from her. Just a straight did you being the vaccine record. Same on the call to pick my boss dogs up. Dog is ready and hanged the phone. When she handed my dog back to me, after grooming was done instead of saying something like, “Oh, , I have one more thing I’d like to suggest,” she cracked her fingers at me as if I were the dog. What an incredibly rude and disrespectful way to treat someone. And I already had my guard on considering how was our first interaction and I just didn’t want to be inside this store anymore. I rushed to leave as i couldn’t stand how rude she is. At this point, I honestly have to wonder if she treated me this way because I am an immigrant and not white, unlike the regular customers she has. Clinton is a place where there isn’t much diversity, and I never expected to experience discrimination in a place where I was simply bringing my bosses’ dog to get groomed. Never again I am letting someone treat me this way.
