  I took my dog ​​to get a haircut and bath. I don't know what happened in there, but they returned her to me 10 minutes later in a frantic state, choking her with a very tight leash. Since then, my dog ​​has been having neck and other health problems. I would like the store to be held responsible for the damages caused.

  Waited forty minutes give or take for any assistance, once assistance arrived they dropped my snail and cracked its shell. Then, offered to get me another. Although, when filling the bag I mentioned it seemed to have barely any water. An inch is being GENEROUS. They said they knew what they were doing, mind you I have had these snails in the past. Felt disrespectful honestly. Was a male working today, unsure what his name was.

  Petco Brookfield is my favorite store. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have what I ask for and package it as I ask. Thank you Brookfield for being the best Petco. Also we got our Bearded Dragon there and he is a joy. When he was young they helped us SO MUCH to keep him healthy. Now he is a big boy and we love him. Thank you Petco of Brookfield.
