  Just had a rude encounter with a male employee with the bald head and beard. I Wanted help with getting a new pet and he was rude about it , as a customer getting something for the first time laughing in my face when I ask you about something is disrespectful , and not professional. Then to keep repeating the same thing over and over as if I didn’t get it the first time when you laughed in my face is rude... mind you he already was juts behind the counter just talking loud .

  Today I went to get my cats food and litter, Brooke was so wonderful. She was so friendly and there was another girl there. I wish I knew her name but she had glasses and darker hair and she offered to help bring my food and litter out and gave my son a sticker. They were just very welcoming it’s nice to see that! Thank you

  I believe the lady's name was Grace? Either way she worked in the fish department and she is truly passionate about her job. She asked the right questions and helped square us away keeping the animals safety in mind.
