  I bought a cockatiel 3 weeks ago and it died in my arms this morning. It came home with a bacterial infection and vomited itself to death. Don't buy birds from Petco, they don't certify their health by Vet care because it's cheaper to refund the price of a dead bird.

  Extremely disappointed with the Petco in Avon. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over 1.5 hours in a crowded, stressful environment. The vet assistant, Jennifer, reviewed my cat’s notes and immediately labeled her as aggressive simply for growling due to anxiety, without making any real attempt to help. My cat may hiss or growl out of anxiety but she has NEVER harmed anyone. I was not allowed to hold my cat, even though others were allowed to hold theirs. After barely trying, she refused service altogether. I was shocked by the lack of patience and professionalism, especially from someone working in veterinary care. I will not be returning to this location.

  Not happy, signed my baby Daisymae in for grooming and nail trim..nails were done very well, however her " bath" not so good..im not even sure she got a bath?? She has white angel wings on her back, that a very noticeable after bathed, did not see them, she did not smell good like when I bathe her I was waiting in parking lot when I received a phone call said she would be done in 10 minutes. I came in in 5 minutes. She was nowhere to be seen. I asked where she was. I was told she was in the kennels when she came out. I looked at her and I said she's so wet. The groomers response was. Oh well, she let me dry her for about a minute or two. I find that hard to believe because if she let you cut her nails, then she certainly would have let you dry her. My? Mother, Beverly Miller, and myself. Kimberly ferry have brought 2 previous pugs to Petco. Many, many times of the years and have never had a problem like this.. Also is charged five ninety nine for? Products that I don't believe we're even used and abandon that. She hated as did I DO better petco

  Happy with the dog grooming. But beware the cashiers will try to scam you into a $25/mo membership by saying the first month’s free, but really they mean you get $25 worth of coupons by signing up
