  Until recently have had good service with grooming. Karla has been excellent. They made changes which allow their staff to be overwhelmed and overbooked for grooming services. They are now requesting up to 4 hours onsite for grooming, when prior appointments were normally for 2 hours. They did not really communicate this change so it caught me off guard yesterday. I normally get a text when my dog is ready for pickup. Went to pickup after 2.5 hours and was told my dog was not ready due to this new policy. When I inquired about the change the groomer was terse and said they had up to 4 hours to complete the grooming. I asked to speak to a manager, was referred to Bridgett, who after 15 minutes came over to speak with me. Asked about the policy change and the lack of communications. Asked about the overbooking, resulting in her stating there is a lot of demand, but nothing about keeping dogs in kennels for the extended time. Our dog is a three time rescue, we’ve had him now for over 8 years. He does get anxious when going to grooming. The manager, Bridgette, said that Rylie is NO LONGER welcome for grooming, because he is “difficult”. Yet it’s been fine for the last 18 months, same store, same groomer. When I asked to speak to the store manager, she asked me to leave and followed me to the door. I can’t understand why PETCO has decided to allow over booking, which creates stress for the dogs, waiting in kennels for extended times, up to 4 hours. The terse nature from their management reflect poorly on their ability to provide good services to animals. But the way Bridgette acted, it’s okay to just blame the dog and chastise the owner. I wonder what Animal Control would say to a lot of dogs and cats being held in kennels for extended times? The final result is that will never enter another PETCO Store again.

  They were very friendly. But wouldn't look in my cat's throat or nasal passage for grass that I'm sure is lodged because I saw it there and was able to remove some myself. Instead they offered X-ray imaging that won't show grass, suggested dental work and a blood panel, neither of which I was there for. I left with antibiotics and frustration of not being listened to charged $169. I won't return.

  Easy to use. They give you the option each month to either delay or expedite the order which is nice. The service is working out very well for me and my pets.

  The associates were friendly and helpful and the selection of toys and treats for our dog were plentiful. This location is our new go to for pet supplies!

  Petco needs to allow reward points to be tracked and used in person in the store. Some of us older folks are not tech savvy and don't do apps, so it is very annoying and useless to email us that we have rewards but they can only be redeemed by downloading into an app. This cheats us out of earned rewards after we've spent money in a petrol. Staff should be able to look up our account while in the store and apply rewards.
