  Will never bring my dog back here. Absolute HORRIBLE groomer Karla. We brought our dog Sammy late, and understandably were fine with rescheduling as that was our fault, but they accepted my dog anyway. However, they forced an upgraded package on my boyfriend which is an additional $25 which is NOT what I booked on the site with the excuse of “we always make our clients do that”? Then when I called to ask about it, she IMMEDIATELY had an attitude and said “Nope, come pick your dog up right now we aren’t doing the service.” Then brought up how my dog was late for drop off, but they were the ones to accept him anyways! We were fine to reschedule! Believe me I contacted corporate and gave them Karla’s name. There’s already multiple one star reviews which should have been a red flag anyway for this horrible place.

  I took my dog for his grooming appointment and when I got him back I noticed that they cut him on his private part, damaged his eyelid, as well as almost cut off his nipple. My dog is a jumpy dog and isn’t used to getting his hair cut and we made them aware of that. We called the grooming multiple times and asked them if they can make compensation to help my dog but have been left with excuses and that I should call back another day practically getting ignored by them. Ever since I took my dog that day he’s hid himself in corners and stopped being the playful dog he’s always been.

  Mercedes and Korl are absolutely amazing they helped us get our fish we needed right before closing they are stellar! I wish the same could be said about Jessica and Sienna, they were so incredibly rude, even while Korl was helping with the fish Jessica came over and remarked " I have kids to go home too" and than proceed to mumble things under her breath. Very unprofessional, they even had 2 other customers at checkout still working on there purchases. It was very rude and off putting for a manager to be acting that way. You work in retail and your supposed to help your customers.

  I made an online appointment early this morning for my mother-in-law's dog and was shocked to receive a call at 5:00 PM informing me that I would be required to purchase additional services in order to keep the appointment. What was advertised as a $66 service suddenly became a $98 service because I was being forced to pay for services I neither wanted nor requested. I find it extremely disappointing and unprofessional to require customers to purchase unnecessary add-ons in order to receive a basic service. If the $66 service is advertised and available on this location's website, it should be honored without forcing customers into additional charges. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was told I would need to drive to another location to receive the service at the advertised price. That is completely unacceptable. I have been a loyal Petco customer for years, spending thousands of dollars on dog food, treats, toys, grooming, and training services for my own dog. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of your company. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will no longer be shopping at Petco. Loyal customers deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment—not bait-and-switch pricing practices. Thank you for nothing. A very disappointed and dissatisfied former loyal customer
