Love these vets and vet apprentices!! My dog absolutely also loves them,!!! They welcome my big 6 month old Rare South African Boerbal!! At 100 pounds already he is very intimidating, but they always greet him like he was a soft little pup. They see past his scariness and he is truly a gentle giant!! Which I appreciate!! Because of the positive interactions. He is not shunned or turned away because he can be intimidateing. So KUDOS TO ALL WHOM WORK AT THESE BANFIELDS!! REALLY TRULY THANK YOU!!!😊🌻♥️☺️☺️

BEWARE! THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE A MANAGER! No one to go to when you are told your dogs blood work is mostly ok but has some abnormal levels after you finally call 3 days later because you never heard. At that point you are told the doctor will call you and still 3 weeks later have never heard from anyone! Is your pet slowly dying of some sort of disease, you'll never know! No Manager to let know that your pet was denied being seen for a vaccine reaction by Amanda over the phone when the paperwork clearly states to bring your pet back to the hospital immediately. No one to tell that they took your new puppy to the back on his first visit and somehow he was so scared by an exam and vaccine that he was laying on his back peeing all over. What were they doing to him? Do not bring your pet here and expect any kind of Practice Standards, patient care, or customer service because they are unaccountable! And don't worry Admin (we know it's not a Manager), I already spoke with BanfieldCares and fully intend to shut this location down until a Manager can be appointed and Amanda is gone forever.

This place doesn’t tell you when you sign up for a year long contract that the majority of their appointments are drop off. If you, like me, have a dog with anxiety then you know this is not a good situation when you have a sick dog and that’s your only option. My dog was there for hours and hours without any word from them. He came home feeling worse than when I dropped him off. On top of that the diagnosis I received didn’t line up with the second opinion I got nor best practices I looked up for his symptoms online. They refused to acknowledge it could be something other than what they diagnosed, so of course they were wrong and my dog stayed sick. My only option with them at that point was another drop off appointment. I tried to cancel and was told I’d have to finish out the year or pay $1,000 to terminate the contract. My advice, go with a local vet.

This was our first time using this location, in the Westminster store, 10460 Town Center Dr.! Every single staff member was extremely kind, friendly, compassionate, and professional. The Vet was amazing as well ! We have never been treated this well by a Banfield Hospital before! They took wonderful care of our large dog Ziggy. We never once felt rushed, or like they were too busy to address your concerns. Appreciated the next day follow up as well! Thank you!

I have a very reactive German Shepherd and ever time we have a visit, the staff makes sure he and I are both comfortable and let us wait in a room to avoid any triggers. Everyone is always patient and helpful!
