  If you love your cats, and/or in an emergency, don't go here. You'll be belittled about how going to the emergency vet will be more expensive than the services they offer. You are the inconvenience to the clinical staff. I still had to go to the emergency vet and the price of the total visit plus more testing was $750. I paid $465 here and that was with a discount they applied. I did not feel supported, did not get my questions answered, and was given a lot of "I dont really know what this does or how to explain it." I wish I could get my money back.

  Brought my sweet boy Leon in yesterday with a high fever and lethargy, Dr. Molina gave us a diagnosis of FIP which turned out to be the case. Thanks to her we were able to get him in quickly to a new clinical trial for FIP. She saved him, thank you to everyone involved. I really recommend this location the staff was super helpful and friendly, we will be back.

  My cat had a severe reaction after receiving a vaccine at this location and ultimately had to be hospitalized for two days at another veterinary hospital. It was an extremely stressful and frightening experience, and I’m very concerned about what happened and whether the vaccine may have been improperly stored, handled, or administered. What made the experience even more frustrating was being pushed toward a subscription/wellness plan. After what happened to my cat, being sold a recurring plan was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I understand that adverse reactions to vaccines can happen, but given the severity of my cat’s reaction, the hospitalization that followed, and my overall experience here, I have serious concerns about the care my cat received. I will not be returning to this location or any Banfield.

  We had to pay over $250 after our dog's death to cancel services. Services rendered months prior. They weren't even able to provide adequate care for our dog, so we had to visit another vet to get the services he needed. Eventually he had to be put down, and when I called to cancel, they told us we owed them over $250 even though we hadn't been there in months.
