Had an unexpected trip to the vets because my cat broke off one of her canines. All of the staff, techs and doctors we spoke to were very kind and informative. They kept me in the loop about what they would need to do, and why, and brought me an itemized estimate of the procedure that would need to be done, without being asked. I really appreciated that they were very transparent about the cost of everything, and when all was said and done, my cat had finished her procedure without any issues, and the total cost came out to be lower than the estimate which was nice. My cat is recovering great, and the whole thing was handled very well. I will definitely be returning to this clinic for any future visits for my cat.

We went to the emergency clinic on Sunday and the staff was amazing. Our German Shepherd woke up with a swollen leg and they did everything to make sure to give an accurate diagnosis. They took the time to explain everything to us and make sure our questions were answered. Our dog is super anxious and they listened to us on how to properly handle him to make the experience easier. I recommend this place to any pet parents who need emergency care. The staff here will make your experience less stressful.

We were anxious when we took Otis in, he was in pain and this was a new veterinary clinic for him. The entire administrative and medical staff put Otis and us at ease quickly. They were all professional, thorough and friendly and communicated clearly throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean, and gave off an atmosphere of trust.
Going to the vet can, at times be traumatic but both Otis and us walked away having had a good experience.
I really felt that our old vet was over charging us to pay for a trendy or shiny facade but this veterinary hospital had very reasonable rates. It was a relief.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Arrowhead Animal Hospital.
They have taken such wonderful care of my golden retriever and have been incredible every step of the way. The entire team truly listens to your concerns, answers your questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your animal family member receive the best possible care.
What stands out most is how much they genuinely care. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to make sure you understand your options and feel confident about your pet’s treatment.
Thank you to Dr. Garcia and everyone at Arrowhead Animal Hospital for your compassion, professionalism, and dedication. We are so grateful to have you caring for Kingston. You’re awesome! 😎🐾

I paid over $1000 dollars on an appointment yesterday, determined my dog has megaesophagus, and she’s vomiting up any water she tries to take in. I explained that I’m a tech myself, and have administered subcutaneous fluids multiple times and have dealt with this disease for a few years before my dog’s remission and now her current relapse. They can’t send home a simple bag of fluids without a recheck and making sure she’s dehydrated first. After multiple instances of vomiting and being unable to keep water down. My other option is to take her to the ER, for nothing new since yesterday, and without the blood results we’re waiting on. So they would only be able to give her fluids otherwise at this time. I’m appalled and have never dealt with a doctor/clinic so difficult about something like this.
The extra star is for the helpful receptionist and the doctor who saw my cat previously and was great.
