- LLLeleMay 6, 20262.0The front desk ladies were amazing and had great customer service, however the price sent to me was not what i ended up paying for, on phone calls and emails they said i would pay $25 per pet however once i brought in my 3 pets, they informed me it would be $25 for one pet and $75-80 per for the other two which caused me to only get one pet checked out. Again, the front desk rocks and the doctor was also very knowledgeable and helpful - just make sure to triple check what they tell you before coming in !
- SWSam WadeApr 28, 20261.0Would not recommend this place for daycare - They recently had a giardia case and then did not offer free testing to any of their customers showing symptoms. They tried to charge us an "emergency rate" for a same day appointment after calling and letting them know we were worried our dog having potentially picked up a sickness at daycare. We chose to see another vet and after confirming our dog does now have giardia thanks to daycare, we are having to deal with it on our own out of pocket. The staff is nice but very unknowledgeable. We have asked multiple times for any kind of feedback about how our dog did at daycare including the basics of "did he eat?" "did he socialize well" and the only answer we get is "he did fine" or "I'm not sure I'll have to find someone else who might know". At the very least we need to know if he ate that day so we can monitor his routine but they can't even tell us that most days. Very disappointed, had higher hopes for this place.
