- KPKaty P6 days ago1.0This vet refuses to communicate directly with other pharmacies (chewy) or even email prescriptions directly to the client to force you to use their online pharmacy. I have never encountered this at any other vet. I won’t be returning.

- LCLauren CunninghamJul 10, 20261.0I took my dog for a drop off appointment after I had stepped on her paw- I thought I scheduled it but it was for the following week. They offered a drop off appointment and I said ok because I was worried because she wouldn’t put weight on it. After her being there for a few hours I got a call that she wouldn’t let them touch any of her feet so she might just not like them touched but if I want they can do an xray. I said ok yes because she had been limping. A couple more hours pass and I get a text that their power went out and they weren’t able to do the X-rays so I could pick her up. At this point she’d been there from 730a to about 5pm. They want me to pay them $100 pretty much for them to tell me they can’t touch her feet. I took her to another vet where they were able to take her day of and had no problem touching her feet. They were able to see she had a split nail and after X-rays a broken toe. We’ve been going to Caring Hands since my dog was 2.5. She’s 10 now. This last visit made me feel like she’s just a dollar sign on four legs for them and not like she’s a member of my family. We have officially switch vets.
