  staff is so lackadaisical about their job. especially checking out... so much no-sense, waste the afternoon talk... they should put in self check out so you can skip the smallest talk if you choose to do so.

  This is the closest Petco to me so unfortunately this is my default, but every single time I do a pickup order it takes so long. They don’t have curbside pickup, so I don’t know why that’s even an option. One time I tried calling and no one came out. So I went in, fine, I can do that. But then there is only ever one cashier and that’s if I don’t have to go looking for them. Or instead of just being able to have an efficient process to pick up orders, I have to wait in the normal line - which again, one cashier, at that point why bother doing a online order if it takes just as long?

  They have my kitty's favorite food and the cashier was super friendly and helpful.

  They have what the princess desires. The staff is always friendly and helpful There is a humongous selection for any and every kind of pet. Prices are reasonable and the store is always clean. There are grooming services
