  My dog needed a grooming appointment, but the manager needed a Google search. The manager denied my dog’s grooming appointment because she claimed the year on the rabies tag was the expiration year, when it’s actually the date the vaccine was administered. (Paper documentation was also provided.) Nothing like having to explain a rabies tag to A MANAGER. Save your time and go to PETSMART!

  Expensive, signed up for their point system and have never got a dollar off anything. The only reason I go here is they carry Orijen and not a lot of other places do.

  Was thrilled to see a reasonably priced Condylactus anemone for my clownfish pair, so spoke with the associate about buying it. Having a degree in Marine Biology and having kept saltwater tanks for over 20 years, I was confident that I would provide the correct conditions for it to thrive. Instead of helping me, she chose to be too lazy to get it out of the tank and decide not to sell it to me because my reef tank didn't match some vague size requirement she made up. So, I chose not to ever spend a cent of my money at Petco again. What a joke.

  I took my dog to get groomed today, and specifically told them I wanted my dogs head between a teddy bear and a lion's mane and the rest of the body cut very short instead I picked up my dog with a really bad haircut and no Ted bear or lion mane the hair was cut uneven including several bald spots I would have to say it's the worst. She is supposed to be part of a wedding and she looks hideous. I have to take her to a different groomer just so her hair can be even. I would not ever recommend going here. Not to mention they added things that I did not ask for. They told me they would compensate and do her nails next time. They didn't even do her nails this time. She doesn't even look like a chow anymore
