  This place is dangerous for pets and a joke! We have a dog we adopted so he gets extremely stressed if left in kennels for an extended period of time this banfield location is very aware of that and promised if we dropped him off at 7:45 he’d get right in for a teeth cleaning so we booked the appointment and dropped him off. The morning we dropped him again they confirmed he’d be treated right away so he’s not sitting in a kennel all day dr Cano called at 1pm saying my dog has a heart murmur he had just barely been getting to my dog he’d be in the kennel for 5 hours at that point we told him don’t start the cleaning we are going to pick him up he was so rude to my mom on the phone she was in tears. When we get there the front desk ladies were so rude and unprofessional they purposely took almost 15 minutes to bring my dog out from the back like it was a joke to them just to keep him back there a little bit longer When Dr. Cano finally came out after we got my dog, he was rude and unprofessional as well. We ended up taking the dog to another vet right after to get checked out because he could barely walk straight and didn’t seem to have gotten any water all day, the other vet says he doesn’t have a heart murmur. He was just extremely stressed to the point that it could be unhealthy and dangerous. I would never ever bring any of my pets here again or anywhere where Dr. Cano works. This place turns over staff it seems like fairly quickly when they had Dr. Drake. She was great but they ran her off if anyone knows where she’s working now please let me know and please do not bring any pets here.

  I have been going to this Banfield since I got my first dog (Kevin) over a decade ago. From his first appointment to they day he passed (June 2026), he was treated like a king. I just received a card in the mail from everyone at this clinic with his nose and paw prints included and my heart feels very grateful in this time of grief. Over the past decade with all my other family members (2 more dogs and 3 cats), each new addition is treated with kindness, compassion, and the humor needed to handle some of their more obnoxious personality traits. They've always been transparent about costs, flexible with my schedule, and wonderful to work with. I am especially grateful for how they help my reactive dog have successful appointments by arranging an open room ahead of time so we don't have to wait in the lobby. I have tried other Banfields closer to my home, but they do not compare to the Northglenn location. They're worth the drive! Thank you for treating us like family.

  I have had a run in with a couple bad technicians at this location over a 12 year period but in the end this Banfield Dr Drake (who is no longer here) & Dr Cano and the whole staff that is currently here have done an amazing job taking care of my baby. She was here from 8 weeks old to 12. They were there for her till the end and I appreciate it thank you. Yesterday was a very hard day and everyone went above and beyond to help her reach the other side.
