We waited for well over 20 minutes and no one came, we walked around the store and noticed a group of employees talking to each other near the back by the dog food. That is why they are “understaffed” there was only one girl actually working and she was at one of the registers otherwise no one was doing anything but talking, very poor customer service.

I am on a very limited income and the price of dog food has skyrocketed like everything else. The $18. has to come from somewhere and now from my own groceries. That wasn't right that you put tip suggestions on there and its easy to accidentally hit it. I immediately tried to delete the order and reorder but there was no way to do that. I tried to find a number to call and no luck. I don’t know why we should tip in the first place. The person delivering just takes it out of the truck and put it on your doorstep. We don't tip UPS or UPSP, do we? For it to add this was just very wrong. I doubt I will be ordering from Petco in the future.
