  I have had a consistently negative experience at the Fort Collins site where there is only one cart for the whole store and when I complain I am met with “I’m sorry but I needed a job and I’m the only employee here.” People want me to pay higher taxes and cost of living to accommodate them without them having to serve in the military or obtaining an education, they want to enjoy their youth and then have women like me do all of the above AND complain FOR them so that they CONTINUE to benefit at the expense of myself and others without them having to sacrifice time, their life or the ability to raise their children. So because this is how I am treated at that site I go to the Loveland location instead where I have a CONSISTENTLY POSITIVE experience. Thank you Loveland location for not being the entitled and uneducated bullies I seem to be encountering everywhere else.

  Was trying to get some help asked the cashier and she walked away from me as I was trying to ask her a question. Than when I went up to her she didn’t help locate the item was looking for just told me somewhere down an isle. The customer service just was terrible. I do not recommend this spot.

  For the love of god never do a delivery order with Petco. At 4:32 I placed an order for a 74.99 bag of dogfood. Website said I would have it by 6:30. Lo and behold at 6.32 I get an email saying the order is delayed. No reason listed no new time, nothing. It took 20 minutes to cancel the order. First and last time ordering delivery from Petco. I guess my dogs weren’t getting breakfast. I’ll drive to pick it up.

  I urgently needed skunk odor removal spray for my cat, I went first to Petco, walked in the door to the checkout counter, asked the cashier where might I find this spray, she took me directly to it, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I have never been dissatisfied at shopping at this Petco here in Loveland.
