Laney and Chelsey were amazing and a part of our care team for our dogs annual exams this go around. Bloodwork results came in that night and found out some unfortunate news about our dogs bladder issue but all our questions were answered with accuracy and care. I’ve been bringing all my dogs here for years and they have been treated with consistent TLC from this team at Banfield!

Given a bad situation and had already seen 4 different vets a former doctor from banfeild recomeded me and my pet to there and after seeing all these emergency clinics and being told that unless I had between 4&6 thousand dollars for blood work and procedures that needed done then there was nothing they could do. That would only get me to see if my dog was able to have any other procedures done to help There was no known cost to actually fix it. Most of these emergency vet clinics aren't what they say.they can do nothing more than banfeild and probably less. WHY? THEY ARE EMERGENCY CLINICS RIGHT. Long story short none of these emergency clinics actually dont do anything more than banfeild they outsource the so called specialist just the same only difference is banfeild has options that others dont offer others offer to outsource the work most others only give you an inflated price and they receive there cut and dont even offer way to lower the cost. Banfeild has all the same things these so called emergency vets but have ways to help cut costs no credit check like care credit or some other places they use to only run costs even higher and you have to have good credit unlike myself and your pet pays the price Banfeild "PETSMART" I KNOW RIGHT HAD NO IDEA. They were able to set me up with a care program where I could budget for different procedures that best suited me with procedures to check the more serious issue mmy pet needed But anyway remember the 4 to 6 thousand dollars and that got me nothing but a check up that the original clinics wanted to charge with NO additional care Banfeild set me up with a 65 dollar a month plan that got my the bloodwork done needed for more serious issue at hand but also got the big expense down to 1500 and then 65 dollars a month also gets my pets dental work shots any ezrays shots worming and many other useful matenence health care for a year that im sorry going to cost ypu at least that for an office visit anyway big picture half the cost of these so called caring vet clinics that only turn you away when you cant afford it banfeild comes up with affordable well at least a way to help for a lot less even sent me home with free medication not offered for help from any others but peice of mind that there might be help and even after care worth it

The vet answered any questions we had. Was very informative with our cats diabetes. She helped us understand it better than before.

the entire team was efficient and knowledgeable. Piper loved the vet techs. I especially want to give a shout out to the young man who( don't know his name) came in, sat on the floor and gave love to my puppy. He answered questions, trimmed her nails, loaded her into her crate and walked us out to the front desk. Great PR!! Thank you.
