- LKLinda Kerske1 day ago5.0I was extremely pleased! They kept in touch all throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way including a follow up text the next day after his procedure checking on how he was doing.
- DEDebra EscobarSep 18, 20265.0My little 4lb Chihuahua had a severe case of diarrhea - it was Friday of Labor Day weekend- Dr Taylor Gordon was amazing - a great listener, troubleshooting the first line of defense without undue labs initially - she gave him a hydration shot under the skin and prescribed prescription dogfood with a medication to mix in - which essentially cured his digestive track after 5 days of extreme diarrhea (caused by yours truly) - he had lost soo much weight and there was great concern for his wellbeing. At any rate I would highly recommend Dr Taylor Gordon as a vet for others seeking care for their fur babies.
- JLJennifer LudwigJul 20, 20261.0My dog's visit was overall fine and fairly priced, but petco/vetco's customer service was completely unhelpful in resolving an error made in my dog's heartworm prescription. I had requested a specific medication during the visit, but the vet prescribed a different medication (likely accidentally). Customer service refused to put me in direct contact with the vetco clinic or resolve the issue over the phone. This was such a headache for such a simple ask, I will not be coming back.
