I asked a worker for some assistance and she was very open and helpful but I asked a few questions that she was upfront with me that she didn’t know the answers which I respect honesty over BS’ing. She let me know she could get me another worker who knows much more about aquatics, which was her manager, the man in question was walking towards us while on his phone when she said his name and he seemed to look up. And then turned away and speed walked away ignoring her when she called his name again. She apologized and said he must not have heard her, which I appreciate her trying to make excuses for management. But to be walking around your store on your phone, and then ignore your workers is beyond disrespectful. I hope upper management does see this and reprimands him. I hope the workers have more of a support system then what they currently have.
