  Bad bad bad place. If your dog is healthy or a senior dog and you are on these plans then you are getting ripped off. None of the employees earn their pay and that includes the office staff, techs and most of all the vets. I was a member for over 11 years and just disgusted to say the least. The only good thing I can say is that they never killed my dog!

  Cannot say enough good things about my experience here with my senior dog. The staff and doctors made us feel very comfortable, were so knowledgable, and professional with the perfect dose of warmth. The facilities are very clean and I felt safe dropping my dog off here for her dental. We will be coming back for all dental appts in the future, along with other services. If you are looking for well priced dental experience for you pet this is the place. They were also great about keeping in touch, before, after and during the procedure and we had a great follow up appointment.

  The service is good; the first time I went, I paid $86 for my puppy's physical exam and initial vaccinations—they had a coupon for a free first exam. Today I took her back for the booster, and since it was just for vaccines, I thought I’d likely pay the same amount; to my surprise, I ended up paying nearly $130. Looking at the receipt, I saw they charged me $80.95 just for the office visit, plus $41 for the vaccine and another $7 for medical waste disposal. It’s a total rip-off, considering it wasn't a full consultation, they just administered the vaccine, so if you want to save $80, don't come here.

  Took my sick dog in and they refused to see her....sent us to the vet ER. She only had a UTI.

  We have been with Banfield Wellness Plans for over 20 years with our dogs and have been to many different locations. This was clearly the best location we have ever been to. The staff, in particular Gabby, who was so professional, kind, empathetic to our concerns about our Pookie's surgery. She was patient and educated us on all of the possibilities. Her knowledge was amazing. Dr. Brodt called us and personally talked to us prior to the surgery and put our minds at ease as well. There are not enough words to express our thanks for this location and the wonderful staff!
