I had the best experience with Dr. Grace Hipskind the other day. She is probably the best vet I’ve ever taken my pup to and I do not say that lightly! Not only was she incredibly kind and smart, she was also super easy to talk to and answered all my questions very thoroughly and thoughtfully. I am extremely impressed!! If you’re looking for an upstanding vet, look no further than Dr. H!

What a horrible experience! The receptionist, Marilyn, ignored my husband and me for at least 20 minutes. She chitchatted with another customer and never made any effort to ask someone else to assist us or let us know how long it would take for someone to even find out what we were there for. In fact she seemed to enjoy the game she was playing with us. Finally someone else came to our aid. Marilyn never apologized for her rudeness.

I’m not too fond of some of the vet techs at this location. And they know I am not fond of them bc I complained about them so now they give extra positive attention to my goldens. They brushed off my dogs by not giving them attention, making them feel safe, and failing to talk to them. Pets aren’t just animals- they are literally family. One vet tech I am not a fan of is someone with the last name Alden. My goldens can read and sense positive and negative energy and he does NOT make them feel safe. He is very extra now in giving them attention now that I complained about him but that isn’t the point. Customer service is ALWAYS the point. The branch manager at this location is so nice though- and always has been. She makes up for a lot of the customer service that lacks in the in room visits. My Goldie girl livie loves her vet that she just saw. I formally requested that she is her vet from now on. Jess, the front desk lady, is also soooo kind and attentive. She gets things done in a timely manner and is so supportive. She is a great listener.
I highly encourage this location to work on client centered service- not just typing things down on the computer. Engage with the animals throughout the entirety of the consultation before hauling them away in the back to do testing. We are the voice for our pets… our family members. So please do better in this area.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
