  We just got our new kitty from Petco and the whole experience was exceptional! Patty helped us and she is just a fantastic person. It was obvious that she loves animals and she was intent on making sure our kitty was going to a good home. I also want to say we appreciated the way Petco houses their cats. Other facilities put them in small cages but Petco gave the adoptees a whole room to explore. We loved that! Again, I want to thank Patty. She is one in a million!

  The girl that was there I did not catch her name was super helpful and super nice and I got an amazing fish yesterday!

  Absolutely amazing. I've never seen someone with so much passion for animals before. Nika has much knowledge and is always ready to help. She is very careful with the animals and making sure they are comfortable and happy. Even with my own dog she was sweet and got down to his level. Nika is always greeting with a warm welcoming smile, and makes sure my questions get answered. She seems so happy and enthusiastic all the time. The store itself is very organized and I feel like I can always find what I need quickly. There are signs and people here to help you find what you can't locate!

  This place is a complete joke, and the auto-delivery service is an absolute scam. I literally paid for the convenience of having dog food delivered, and they couldn't even get the first order right. They delivered it to the wrong address—not even my front door—yet they had no problem charging me for it. Then I had to drive to the store and buy another bag of dog food because, unlike this company, my dog actually has to eat. The associate inside was about as useful as talking to a brick wall. Zero ownership, zero solutions, zero effort. To top it all off, the app won't even let you file a claim for three days after they screw up your order. So not only do they fail to provide the service you paid for, they make it impossible to fix the problem right away. Save yourself the headache. If you use auto-delivery, make sure you keep extra dog food on hand because this service clearly can't be trusted.

  I had some hesitation taking my poodle to Petco. Sadly I was short on funds (senior citizen) and Petcos price was about $30 less. Lanie groomed my little miniature poodle. When I took her in, the only small area of her coat that had a little matting was her backside. My dog's finished result was not great, but I didn't complain because I saved money. My dog was irritated around her pee pee, and she was licking herself a lot so I called Lanie for advice. Instead of a recommendation, she told me that my dog was heavily matted in that area.I blew up! My little poodle didn't have a matted pee pee because there's so little hair there. Lanie went on to say that my dog was HEAVILY MATTED ALL OVER! That was a bold faced lie! I'm not a professional, but we didn't chave a discussion about much matting at all. I was so angry with her. I terminated the call and I've written this review. If you want a budget cut, here you'll get one! Buyer beware.
