  This location and the team are a blessing! April and everyone involved really helped my cat when he was going through a urinary issue; they answered all of our questions, they’re super friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. Definitely found our new clinic for the rest of the fur babies!

  Quick, great, and friendly service! Reasonable prices also. Our cat Lilly was very nervous, but everyone was great with her. She didn't even freak out when she got a shot.

  April was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. As a new kitten owner, I really appreciated how patient and informative she was. She made me feel comfortable and confident in caring for my new kitten, Sully. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the animals and their owners. Thank you, April, for such a great experience! EDIT: I have gone back and forth over the last month about whether to update my review. I still stand behind what I originally said about April. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. As a first-time kitten owner, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about both me and my kitten. Unfortunately, after reflecting on the rest of my experience, I no longer feel I can recommend this clinic. I initially brought my 9-week-old kitten in because he was sneezing frequently, sometimes with blood. I was concerned he had an upper respiratory infection and wanted to get him checked out. Instead, the doctors immediately focused on much more serious possibilities. Based on their recommendations, I agreed to approximately $600 worth of testing because cancer was presented as a concern. When those results came back negative, I was then told over the phone that another possibility was *Yersinia pestis*, the bacterium associated with bubonic plague. Since these conversations happened by phone, I don't have documentation of exactly how those discussions were worded. Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain, I decided to seek a second opinion. The second veterinarian reviewed all of my kitten's records and test results and explained that nothing in the results pointed toward *Yersinia pestis*. After examining him, they diagnosed him with an upper respiratory infection and treated him accordingly. He improved with treatment. I understand that veterinarians have to consider a range of possible diagnoses, especially in young animals. However, I left this clinic feeling like the focus was placed on extremely unlikely possibilities before more common explanations were adequately addressed. It caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and expense. I truly wish April the best, as she was the one staff member who consistently made me feel heard and supported. Unfortunately, because of the overall experience I had with the doctors and the rest of the staff, I cannot recommend this clinic.
