  Don't do it.... I've been going Scruffys since they opened. A Nail trim for my dog every 4 weeks minimum. I did them myself for 9 years. I decided to have Scruffy's trim them with a dremel. Recommended by Pets-n-Stuff where I have taken my dogs for the last 20 years to bathe them. I just made my first complaint after 2 years of loyal patronage. My dogs nails looked to long after just a few days of having them trimmed. I called and spoke with the person that had trimmed my dogs nails and told him my concern 5 days later. It was on a Thursday but i couldn't get back over there until Monday because they close at 3:00 everyday. I asked him to please make a note of our conversation. In case he wasn't there when I came in. When I returned and explained the situation to the woman at the front desk she explained that the person that did the trimming was new. She asked when the last visit was and I told her there should be a note or file of my call. And that it was a week ago. She said there was no note of file on the computer. One of the women who has worked with my dog on many occasions recognized me happened to come out from the back grooming area, and said she would trim my dogs nails again. Even though she was grooming another dog. (She is and always has always been extremely professional. Even remembering my dogs name every time we come in). When she was finished with my dog I walked to the front and thanked the woman at the front desk. I then asked her assuming their would be no charge for the re-trim, if we were good. She said it would be $20. I was shocked by her response. I said it has only been a week. She said dogs nails grow in a week. Its $20 dollars. I told her that she just lost a client. Her immediate response was. "I DON'T CARE" it's been a week and I'm not giving a service away for free. If this woman had told me that she was going to be charged $20 again after one week from a bad nail trim, I would have gladly walked out the door and take business to someone who appreciates their clients. And can put their egocentric decision a side. And admit that the service could have been better. It should have been a learning experience for the the both of them. So, Sorry Chris. Whoever the girl is that runs the front desk whether its your girlfriend or wife just made you lose a loyal client. And all the people I have referred, and the future clients I would have. All over $20 and bad decision on customer service. In the end, money was not my issue for me. It was the lack of responsibility and customer service. There was no offer for a discount or an apology. $20 isn't going to break me. So if my $20 is going to keep your business afloat, I suggest you get out now while you can. Let your employees find a good job before that get pulled under with you.

  The humans trim my nails. They take very good care of me even though I'm a fiesty Chi weenie.

  Jason is a super groomer, but the front desk lady is incredibly rude and argumentative. Won't go back.

  COMPLETE TRASH!!! Do not take your dog here the Groomer cut my dog quick three times and has a BAD attitude!! Then got mad when my male tried to bite her. What kind of person are you if a dog doesn’t like you???!!!

  I come here regularly for a trim and bath. These humans are awesome! They get the places I can't reach myself. Best of all...they always reassure me that I'm a good boy! 🐶
