But Systemic Failures: The lack of communication during a medical crisis heres a significant breakdown. The clinic is apparently"revamping," that does not mitigate the stress caused when my dog is in distress and I am not receiving timely follow-up as I visited the clinic on Friday for blood work and urine tests and medical assessment. The results came in on Monday and I didn't hear back from the doctor COLLINS besides two short emails describing that she was busy She thought My dog had hepatic encephalopathy liver failure and a follow-up email with the specialist interpretation of the blood work on Tuesday confirmed that was not the case .I took my dog to Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital on Monday as I couldn't wait for Dr Collins ! Diagnostic Integrity: The fact that they provided an interpretation of the blood work that contradicted by the specialist's findings is a major issue . Cost-Benefit Disparity: Dr Collins wanted to do an ultrasound herself not being a radiologist for $700 charge for a non-specialist ultrasound when a board-certified radiologist at a top-tier facility like Wheat Ridge is essentially 750$ to 800$ price.
