    4th time and my last time for groom. previously i'd always had extra charges due to matting, understandable. took my dog to get groom and made a conscious effort to prevent matting, had none which was great. i still was charged extra because "typically dogs come in 6-8 weeks and your last appointment was 4 months ago" .. doesn't seem reasonable at all, what if i went elsewhere inbetween appointments? my dog was not cooperating with the stylist today and had to pick him up early. she told me he was feisty and bit last time, which was news to me as i'd always been told he'd done great. told me to look elsewhere, which i already was planning to based on these random fees and charges. lady was very condescending and didn't seem to care about taking care of my dog while grooming. won't ever step foot into petco grooming or the store anymore.

    Alexis is great with my older long haired Pug mix. He has "old man" bumps on his body and she is super careful not to knick them. Our younger Golden Doodle is very excitable, but friendly and Alexis take her time to make sure they are both comfortable. The caring and patience Alexis takes with my dogs ensures that they are in good hands. These are their before & after pics (as you can see, they went from their long winter coats to the short springtime coats, exactly as I requested.)
