- JJJK.Reviewstoday1.0The online order process has completely destroyed any trust I have in Petco. Their prices are terrible now, and the over charging and constantly out of stock items at this store make it unreasonable. Super disappointing to see how Petco has completely fallen off these last two years. They’ve lost a lifetime customer due to their inability to keep up. I’ll be going to Chewy.
- DSDaryl SommersSep 30, 20261.0Went to get dog food, saw the poorly treated and half dead betas, got upset and left.
- AAAaronSep 23, 20261.0Susan was antagonizing a woman which lead to an argument. The argument escalated to the lady throwing stuff everywhere. Susan was taunting her and calling her names. We're no longer Petco customers due to this circumstance.
- KKKiahSep 18, 20261.0Petco clearly does not care for the live animals that they sell. I am in shock they still sell live animals. I went in the other day and most of the beta fishes were in dirty water and one was dead. Here is a photo. Do better!
- KCkc cassidySep 17, 20265.0Most petcos or petsmarts have employee that don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to fish keeping. Which is honestly way harder than taking care of a cat or dog(I know from experience) despite my experience I didnt realize how large Siamese algae eaters actually get. I thought they maxed out at like 2 inches but I was dead wrong. Im so happy whoever runs the aquarium section does her research. I dunno what her name is but she’s young and has dark hair. Give her a raise because she actually cares about what she’s doing. I also appreciated how easy it was to return a tank thar was too small for my stand
