However, the staff refused to attend to him due to his heart condition, despite the fact that he had previously been served at the same location on two occasions without any issues. At the time, I explained that my pet is under veterinary supervision, following a prescribed treatment, and I provided the relevant documentation confirming that his condition is stable. Nevertheless, my explanation was not taken into account, and the refusal to provide the service remained. This situation caused me significant discomfort, as I believe it constituted an act of discrimination against my pet due to his medical condition.
