  Where do I start? 1.We could start with the fact that they never answer there phone. Every time I come here there seem to be 15 people working there but none at the front desk answering the phone. So your options are to leave a message so they can call you back however that never happens. 2. I have a year old Cane Corso, Yes he is big. Yes he is intimidating looking. However during my last visit to treat an ear infection they would not even enter the room. They had me muzzle him which I am completely fine with as I want everyone to feel comfortable. However no one would come in the room. Then they made me swab his ear so it could be tested. Which we then sat in a room for almost 2 hours waiting for the result. You could find a better vet with far better customer service and actual animal care.

  I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the compassion Victoria showed when I called their office to ask for help. I had my 16 year old cat pass away unexpectedly while I was in the area and did not have a vet to help me. I called them and they immediately offered to arrange for the creamation of my pet, even on short notice and very close to closing time for their office. Victoria was so compassionate and caring and showed me such compassion at a very difficult time. I feel very lucky that I was able to visit this vet and especially for Victoria's help during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend this vet.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Care and Fantastic Staff!I cannot say enough good things about the doctors at this clinic! They are incredibly amazing, thorough, and truly care about the animals they treat. A special shoutout to Angel, the vet tech she is absolute gold. Angel is so comforting, reassuring, and deeply knowledgeable. She made us feel completely at ease during our visit and answered every single question we had with so much patience and expertise. On top of the top notch medical care, their services are very reasonably priced. It is such a relief to find an exceptional veterinary team that doesn't overcharge for high quality care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet they can trust!!!

  Has been my go-to vet since moved by to Lafayette seven years ago. We love this place. The staff is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable between the multiple vets. A great place for your pet.

  Horrible vets ! I wonder where this people go to study for a veterniarian career in USA because you sucks big time ! They want me to collect the pee of my dog after they charged me 600 dollars for exam meds and other miscellaneous.igborants ! Money lovers like all the stupid medical system in USA .my dog die this useless people do nothing only charge money .I think my guts and instincts are better than this unprofessional crew.i do not recommend this vets at all.
