Bekah and Justine took care of 3 of my weenie babies and they looked and smelled FANTASTIC!!! Bekah made Rafi look like a puppy again with his first hair cut (he's almost 4 years old) and Justine made my sweet Khaleesi smell really good and her hair so soft and fluffy again. Thanks ladies! My fur babies thank you

Calling me 10 minutes before my grooming appointment to let me know they had to cancel after waiting several weeks to even get a spot in the first place is absolutely lazy and unprofessional.

We had a very disappointing experience visiting this Petco. Yesterday we came in to buy our son a fish. We admittedly don't know much about fish, but came in in hopes to get advice from an employee. Unfortunately, this is where the store fell short. The woman working in aquatics was extremely rude and proceeded to talk down to my husband and myself. Instead of guiding us in our choice, she made us feel stupid for not knowing everything about owning freshwater fish. We will be going to PetSmart from here on out.

Exchanging Little Dripper for one with the valve included. Team member was gracious & apologized that it was missing from the one I bought online & picked up in the store.

I asked for separate employees for helpful who told me they can’t help me finally I just scraped when I was looking for to get to the front and I could bring up as the wrong price. The girl told me she honor the price that it said on the shelf because there was four others on the shelf for the same price and she didn’t. This is already after waiting an hour and a half. I used to love shopping at the store. I definitely won’t be going back. Everybody seemed irritated and now that they were there, nobody was willing to help me when all I was asking was one simple question. First person said I’m on my lunch. Second person just stared at me and walked away as well as the third. I just don’t understand what this store is coming to you. It’s super None of the customers are there for themselves. We’re all obviously there for our pets which makes it even sadder And that wasn’t even the first time that the same exact thing has happened. This is about the fourth time so I won’t be returning anymore. Shame On you if you fool me once shame on me if you fool me twice now four times I am just a fool
