  Usually, I enjoy shopping at Petco, but my recent experience was disappointing. I didn't catch the employee's name, but she was a blonde woman with pigtails. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first interaction with her. Every time I've encountered her in the store, she's come across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping customers. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has been a consistent experience. I will say that I appreciate learning that goldfish require at least a 20-gallon tank before they can be sold. I genuinely didn't know that, and I'm glad Petco has standards in place to promote proper fish care. That said, there's a respectful way to educate customers. People come in with questions because they're trying to learn, and no one should be made to feel like they're an inconvenience or unintelligent for asking. I work with clients every day, and even on my toughest days, I make sure I treat people with kindness and respect. Customer service isn't always easy, but treating people with courtesy is part of the job. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because one employee's attitude can affect how customers view the entire store. A little patience and kindness goes a long way, and you never know what someone else may be going through.

  Great experience at Petco. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. During my puppy’s recovery, they were incredibly helpful with product recommendations and support. My only feedback is that the sales floor can feel a bit cluttered at times. While the customer service is consistently excellent, I’d feel more comfortable bringing my pup in if there weren’t so many merchandise carts waiting to be stocked. My Maligator is well-trained, but when her favorite Kong plush toy is sitting on top of an overloaded cart, it’s a temptation for any dog—and a potential accident waiting to happen. That said, the staff and service are fantastic, and I always appreciate the care they show toward both pets and their owners.

  Didn't really like that you had to go look for employees so they can help you find items and then they see you and turn the other way so annoying
