    I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and organization I experienced. I scheduled this grooming appointment a month in advance, only to be told upon arrival that my dog’s vaccinations needed to be renewed. I completely understand the importance of vaccination requirements, but after contacting my veterinarian, I was informed that none of my dog’s vaccinations had expired and that they remain valid for another five months. I returned to the grooming salon within 15 minutes with that information, only to be told that my appointment had already been given to someone else and that there was nothing they could do. After waiting an entire month for this appointment, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere for my dog’s grooming needs in the future.

    We have been so happy with the grooming care we get for our dogs at Petco. The team always does an amazing job. We have a lot of fluff and very active messy dogs. Special thanks to Callum who always seems happy to see Willow and Akira.

    WE LOVE our groomer, Estefani, in Grand Junction, Colorado's Petco. She does a truly exceptional job. We hate the thought of seeking grooming elsewhere. But, Petco's Corporate decision to significantly change & take away the Vital Care Premiere program removed the 20% discount on grooming. This is a HUGE assist for us; Senior's living on a fixed budget. It not only keeps your customers coming back but that discount also helps to equalize the cost of the service in comparison to what others in the area charge. Currently, Petco's prices are the highest among the valley. If pricing changes aren't considered or the discount on the service added back in, clearly Petco stands to lose a large number of grooming clients. This, in turn, will only drive the pricing higher for those of us left. PLEASE ENSURE CORPORATE READS THIS FEEDBACK!!!! Thank you, Judy Fountain, a long time loyal (mostly happy) customer.
