Excellent selection and very friendly staff. Good selection of fish too. Prices are right in line with Chewy. Good selection of small animals like boa’s, chameleons, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice and rats. The only items that I have found to be overpriced are the small animals wood chips and Timothy hay / alfalfa. For those items I recommend a feed store like Wardel.

Store is consistently amazing with respect to customer service, and has consistently stocked my cat food &litter, with good options for occasional supplies and impulse buys (water fountains, toys, furniture, etc). Petco’s autoship experience was appallingly awful (would assign negative 5 stars), and the golden folks were amazingly helpful and proactive about making it right.

Got what I needed but underneath the shelves was probably the DIRTIEST IVE EVER SEEN in any pet store. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned under them. I had a ball go underneath and it literally would get stuck with all the dog hair under there.

I went in to look for the Instinct toppers for my dogs. The store was temporarily out of stock on the flavor I wanted. I walked by their bettas and this stunning blue black and orange betta caught my eye. I didn’t buy him then but I decided to call back the following morning. Justine was very helpful and went to look for the betta and placed him on hold until I could get to the store after work and purchase him.
