  You know, if you can't take care of the animals you have in store maybe don't sell them 🤷 you have snakes with extremely low humidity, stuck eye caps, dry scales, and hiding by the water to get humidity . Not taking care of them and selling them off to new keepers that don't know any better is doing the animal a disservice. If new keepers read this go on morph market do research and get a healthy snake! Do better your snakes should not have stuck shed and should be kept properly.

  I had to search the store for an employee and then found out they don't carry prescription dog food because there is no veterinarian there, only certain locations have a vet.

  I am a frequent shopper and I have worked in sales for years. During my experience I have never came across such an informed and polite employee let alone a manager. Without asking for her help, this young lady Finny helped me with puppy information, crates, beds, and food information. I just got a new puppy and I felt a little overwhelmed trying to figure out what all I should do or get… she took that weight off and I left feeling more confident as a parent. She took her time and I felt bad for having so many questions but she answered them all and got me in contact with the groomer leader that I think my dog will love. I will be back to this Petco and hopefully my puppy can sign up for training!

  Anna the associate has terrible customer service. Asked to bag some fish for purchase, and she was terrible to work with slamming a bucket down and lids when asked to grab the fish. Please remember you are in a customer service position. Looks like a failure of corporate training and expectation. Terrible guest experience. She was not wearing a name tag, nobody in the store was today. Had to ask around to get her name.

  Generally a good store to shop supplies. I really appreciate the staff, very kind and helpful. Big thank you to Tate for assisting me with my fish purchases! Look forward to my next visit.
