  I am so glad I found Vetco after calling 10 other vets in town. I even made an appointment elsewhere but after asking questions about fees, I knew i needed to keep searching. I finally called Vetco, and was told about a coupon on the website that waived the exam fee. Much gratitude to Tyler at the front desk for his help checking me in and out, Clarisse who took some vitals and whose energy helped keep kitty calm, and to Dr. PAPPAS, who figured out the problem without expensive procedures. I highly recommend Vetco to anyone who needs veterinary care. The whole team was fantastic. Thank you! I'm not just writing this to win a bag of food, I truly am so relieved I went here instead of a price gouging vet.

  Olivia and Dr. Moose always provide the best vet care. They are both very knowledgeable and very compassionate. Miles loves going to see them. Would give 100 stars. :)

  They are not upfront about the costs at all and will charge more than they say. I paid for a bundle to catch my dog up on vaccines and he needed a booster for one of them, which they said would cost $52 if we just scheduled with a vet tech and not the vet. What they failed to mention was that the $52 didn't include the actual amount for the booster shot, so I ended up paying an extra $40 that I didn't have because they weren't forthright about the cost. The only reason I put 2 stars and not 1 was because at least the staff is friendly. The vet and the vet tech the first time were very kind, so this is nothing against them personally. The only issue was with communication and being honest about the price. I now can't afford other bills because I had to pay an extra $40 that I didn't put into my budget because they told me it would be $52, not $89.

  Aliyah was our assistant for our cats vaccines & she was amazing ! Answered all our questions and gave our cat so many treats ! Highly recommend!
