- ACAnna CampbellAug 11, 20261.0I would take my pets to the pound before I bring them back here. The entire appointment felt like a sales scam. Several times I was showed different products and encouraged to buy only those items. Way overpriced and misleading prices for services. Felt shamed by the vet and tech. They wouldn’t let the animals stay in the room while getting their vaccines, even when asked to, which felt really sketchy. Strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Recently one of our pups had to be put down at the emergency vet and South Mesa wrote us a hand written card written by 6 different people and sent it in the mail. This is the nicest thing I have ever experienced from a business. Thank you guys so much! We will always recommend you all.

If a business has multiple bad reviews with comments saying “our understanding differs”, then they are the ones who continuously misunderstand their clients and business.
