  Home to heaven came to our home and helped us with our transition from here to doggy heaven we are beyond grateful they came to our home to help us and not have to get our old dog into the car which would have stressed him out. And the whole passing was so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you so much for your care. Precious memories location in fort collins Co was so stunning. Such a lovely pet cemetery. There care was excellent and we appreciate the help. We did switch our beloved dogs ashes to a different urn we purchased at the location and they switched the ashes no problems and were happy to assist us. Thank you so much for all you do.

  After an incredibly difficult experience saying goodbye to my beloved companion, I brought her here for a private cremation. From the moment I arrived, every person I met treated both of us with kindness, patience, and respect. They allowed me to stay with her throughout the entire process, answered my questions without rushing me, and gave me as much time as I needed. At every step, they treated her with dignity and treated me with genuine compassion. This was one of the hardest days of my life, but their professionalism and kindness brought me a measure of peace that I didn't think was possible. I left knowing she had been cared for respectfully and that her final journey had been handled with the dignity she deserved. I cannot thank them enough for the compassion they showed me. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing the heartbreaking loss of a beloved pet.

  Precious Memories took such wonderful care of my lay two pets! The staff is kind and caring, I could actually feel their grief for my darlings. The price is very reasonable, and they allow to watch if you make an appointment. The Paw Prints with the name were very special. Thank You for everything you do, your job cannot be easy at all.

  The cremation services themselves were handled well, and everything was fine in that regard. But, the staff was not as compassionate as I expected during such a difficult time. While grieving the loss of my cat, I received a comment about her being declawed, even though that was not a decision I made. It felt unnecessary and upsetting during an already emotional experience. I also noticed that other customers ahead of me were treated with much more warmth and kindness than I was. Because of that experience, I would not choose to return.

  I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. During such a difficult time, every single person I spoke with showed genuine compassion and kindness. Not once did I encounter anyone who lacked empathy. The staff was incredibly caring and supportive throughout the entire process. The keepsakes are beautiful, the pricing is fair, and the overall experience meant more than I can express. I highly recommend them — 10/10.
