  I visited here recently looking for some specific items for my dog, but the experience was pretty frustrating. The aisles were cluttered with boxes, making it hard to walk around, and I could not find anyone to help me when I had a question about a product. I ended up leaving without what I needed and will probably check a different store next time.

  I stopped by here during my cross-country road trip to pick up some extra food and a new chew toy for my dog, and it was a very pleasant visit. The store is incredibly clean and well-lit, with wide aisles that made it super easy to navigate with a cart. They have a massive selection of high-quality pet supplies, and I was happy to find the exact brand of natural treats that my pup loves. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and even offered a little treat at the register, which was a very sweet touch for a traveling pet owner. My only small issue was that there was a bit of a wait at the checkout because only one register was open, but the friendly service from Petco

  I was running late for my grooming appointment. I called them and told them I was 9 mins away. The person the phone told me they had another dog on the table and I was ok. I got there and they told me they couldn’t take me. When I said I already called, they told me oh their hair is too long! They only asked me my dogs weight at booking, but to be told the hair is too long is ridiculous! That’s why I made the appointment. The lady claimed to be a manager when someone named John is the manager and he wasn’t available!

  Jordan is a piece of work. Our 9 week old puppy was trying on harnesses and the puppy ran 5 feet and she immediately used the intercom to say dog was loose. The puppy was never out of sight and was captured before she finished her announcement. Then she proceeded to give us so much attitude I became super uncomfortable. He is just a puppy, clearly a puppy. Such yucky vibes, no wonder the place is going down hill.
