The company has our phone numbers so they can keep track of our discounts, the drawback is that you must bring an email to the store in order to receive it. This is inconvenient. They already have your phone number so simply attach the info on discounts to that. Please.

The people were pretty rude about it, laughing sighing etc. Also no one is going to open the faq and read state specific vac. Requirements. That needs to be above the fold. That’s a corporate issue but the 2* is about the attitudes.

I would have given them 5 stars but I wasn't able to find everything I came for (hermit crab supplies were lacking in a major way, almost none to speak of) but that could have been on me for not having the foresight to seek out a more niche store. So yes, its a good choice of shop for any OTHER animal needs, just not hermit crabs.
