The appointment began with our two kittens exploring a comfortable examining room with hiding places and treats. The doctor and assistant were excellent cat-handlers and (with a few bribes) managed to examine two large, feisty teenaged kittens without any drama. They provided sensible answers to questions, and we left feeling confident that our cats will be in good hands in the future.

Both the drop-off and check-out were fast, Dr. Beer was very kind and explained well what happened during surgery, and I even received pictures off Zoe's mouth. And I paid less than the estimate! She worked very well with Sansa which is difficult she was a rescue and she has a difficult time trusting veterinarians but she really did well with Sansa made her exam quick and thorough. I am also very happy with the Staff they do a wonderful job and you can tell that they care for your pet
