(This business is possibly closing) When I dropped off my dog for overnight boarding I verbally confirmed what time I would be picking him up because different pick-up windows are noted on different places on their website. I arrived shortly before that time and the doors were locked. There was a sign on the door with posted hours for pick-up times, and I was well within those times. I re-checked online and, while those time frames were slightly different, I was still within them. I could hear dogs barking inside and knocked every few minutes for about 10 minutes, but there was no sign of human activity. Calling just went to voicemail. It's a very weird feeling to know your dog is inside and not be able to get to him, wondering if anyone has been in at all that day and if he has been fed or walked. Pounding on the door was doing no good so I left and came back an hour later. The person at the desk said she'd been there for hours and claimed not to know the door had been locked. (I have no idea who unlocked it then). She said I should have just called, which I had. I was not terribly surprised to get an email a few weeks later saying they would closing the business on September 8, 2026. The website has no such information but I already know the website conflicts with physically posted information as well as with whatever they tell you at the front desk. I suppose it's possible they aren't closing but there are enough inconsistencies to convince me this is not a well-run establishment.

The staff was so kind to me and loved on my dog Doug, as well! They were a bright spot in my week. I would come back here!

I boarded my dog at come play stay for spring break, 4 nights total. The 2nd day they called to let me know he was vomiting and had diarrhea. Luckily they could take him next door to see the vet. After running tests they found he was just anxious. The doctor suggested treating him with prebiotics and a day later when i called to check in he was improving. When I showed to pick him up it seemed like the boarding staff didn't even know what had happened. They were unaware that he was seen by doctor and I was expecting a complete run down on how he had been since I last talked to doctor. The staff was oblivious! They didn't even seem to know he even had a problem during the stay. "He did great" they said. What?? He obviously did not do great or enjoy his stay. I won't be back nor would I recommend anyone else.
