From my boarding experience in June '25: Way overpriced. Come play stay did not listen to our worries and the customer service was not great. The staff seemed to be spread thin so this is not their fault. There needed to be more staff for the amount of dogs that were there. We were told by an older employee that they would text us updates/photos but we did not receive one text. We tried calling at one point and no one would answer. They also charged us a significant amount of money to put our dog's daily pill into her food (it takes 5 seconds to do and you don't even have to hide it). They didn't have anything to say about my dog's stay when we picked her up. We don't know if she ate or behaved and when we tried to ask the employee just kind of left. I would not recommend this business for boarding your pets because they charge extra for playtime and giving medication and they will not communicate with you about your dog. The facility was clean and they did temperament test which is good.

We bring our energetic Pitbull mix here once or twice a week and she loves it! They have an indoor / outdoor facility so they get lots of fresh air and plenty of room to run. They're screening process to make sure the dogs that enter are friendly is very thorough.

My two dogs have loved going to Come, Play, Stay for the last year. They were young rescues who tended toward shyness with people, but the staff has been incredibly patient, building trust with them during their weekly daycare and occasional boarding. As a result, they now absolutely love going to “school” and have become more confident in general. I’m so grateful that they’re not cooped up when I have long work days — I feel confident that they’re having fun while being safe and cared for. I’ve also had great customer service. The couple of small issues I’ve had were cleared up very promptly and professionally. Overall a great pick. Have your pups in to be friends with Goldie and Pearl!

I've now had two dogs who have come to Come Play Stay. My current dog used to be terrified to get in the car and now she leaps in to go all kinds of places. She always comes home from a day care session and sleeps like a log, which means that I can as well. I love that they have a large outdoor area as well as an indoor area, and that the pups are always supervised.
