They killed my cat with a misdiagnosis. Her last tests show that she’d been sick for months, even though they told me it was just arthritis. Also, when I called to try to cancel her membership, they didn’t offer condolences, just hung up. Extremely predatory, apathetic and uninvested in your pet. I’m filing a lawsuit Tuesday.

Great vetinary practice. My only complaint is when you call you are always put on hold forever.

We were on travel and placed our dog into PetSmart Hotel care when it was noticed that she had a medical issue. The immediate presence of Banfield Pet Hospital in the store guaranteed our dog got the treatment she needed. While our dog's medical situation was being evaluated by Banfield Veterinarians I received phone updates to assure me she was in good care and her condition was treatable. Rather than being a crisis call we were informed all along the way about her examination procedure, the condition found, and a treatment plan provided with follow on instructions for a return visit after her treatment was completed upon our return.

I was told that vaccines were given to my cat and that there was nothing wrong with his oral health. His paperwork also stated he was overweight, he was 7 lbs at his follow up visit (with a different, better veterinary office). The results from his visit were so indecipherable that I had to ask for more information and still couldn't get a straight answer. I had to take my cat to a different vet for the SAME issues I brought him into Banfield for and found out that he had a mass on his jaw, serious oral health issues, and symptoms that were conducive with cancer. According to the paperwork YOU provided to my new Vet NO vaccines were given to my cat. What the actual hell did I pay for? What did you do to my dear boy when he was out of my sight? I had to put him to sleep on Thursday April 16th, 2026. Was it your fault he had cancer? No. Did your practitioners do their job? Also, no. I will never suggest this place to my friends, family, strangers on the street. I will be telling everyone I know and don't know that your Pet Hospital is a rip off and it is dangerous to take your beloved family member to you as you will not do your due diligence to ensure our loved ones are properly cared for. The staff were kind but you as an organization should be ashamed of yourselves. My baby is dead and I could have done more to help ease his final days if you'd given me ANY information. You disgust me.
