- GJGordy JohnsonMay 31, 20265.0I adopted a puppy three weeks ago, and this time I have been to five different Petco stores all around Denver today. I found my new go to store for all my dogs needs. Incredible knowledge and Customer Service was displayed by Magnus, took the time to explain all of the best harness options for my little escape artist not only did he take the time to explain things, but he physically put several different harnesses on my dog and then came up with a genius solution to keep her from slipping out while in public. 10 star review for Magnus also at the register Priscilla was kind, thoughtful and great at her job. I highly recommend this Petco over some of the others even though I had great experiences at two out of five stores.
- MSMary SteeleMay 23, 20261.0I went to the store just to pick up a large bag of treats for our dogs. I was never greeted and when I stepped up to the checkout the person didn't greet me. Asked if I had an account, I said yes and proceeded to give my cell number. Person said you aren't a member. I gave them my old landlord from 15 years ago, they found my account. I tried to chat with the person and joked on how I could run out of treats, no response, no smile. Person was so rude they should be away from all customers. Bad for business. I grabbed the receipt and walked out and never heard a word ever spoken by this rude worker. I will go to Petsmart where they know how to hire people who give an attempt at service.
