  Whoever was on staff today, August 20th at 1:00 p.m. needs to be fired. They all lost their mind over a damn chicken, so much to the point where I couldn't get any help for 15 minutes in the aquarium section, after asking for help. After waiting the 15 minutes, I left. This is about as poor customer services you can get. Do better

  Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a very disappointing experience with KAI THE GIRL WITH PINK HAIR The first time, she did a great job. My 8-lb dog was finished in about an hour and a half, and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the second appointment was completely different. It took around 3 hours to finish my dog. I tried to be understanding because I knew she was having a busy day, but while I was waiting in my car, I repeatedly saw her going outside during my appointment to meet with her boyfriend. That was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially when I was already waiting so long. The third appointment was the worst. Once again, it took more than 3 hours to groom my 8-lb dog. My dog became so stressed during the process that she ended up pooping herself. On top of that, Kai didn’t even properly brush my dog after drying her. The grooming was not finished to the standard I expected. What made the experience even worse was her attitude. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, the excessive wait time, or the stress caused to my dog. I understand that groomers can have busy days and that unexpected things happen, but repeatedly leaving during an appointment to meet someone, taking more than 3 hours to groom a small 8-lb dog, and leaving my dog visibly stressed is not acceptable to me. After three experiences, I can confidently say that I will never use her again and would not recommend her to other dog owners. If you care about your pet being treated with patience, professionalism, and proper attention, I would look elsewhere.

  Went to several other stores and this is where I found the special food I needed.
