  Jimmy and Maggie did a great job today. My daughter and I went in to get some fish, Jimmy took the time to answer all of my daughter’s questions and was great, he has really turned around this store’s fish department and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does.

  Just wanted to share a little info about Michelle at the drive-thru at Home Federal Downtown West. She has a wonderful personality, very courteous and professional!!! I've banked at Home Federal for 50 years and have always thought the world of Michelle!!

  As I'm writing this the employees are telling me I "need to wait a few minutes" at the counter while they are off doing other things! Retail 101 take the paying customers' money! Wild!

  Petco in Dillon Colorado. Great service. I called before I went to make sure that they had what I wanted. It took me 6 hrs later to get there and the women working remembered I called and walked me the product. It's cheaper to buy on line but I did not want to wait for delivery. This Petco is recommended

  Terrible service. Booked a grooming appointment for my Springer Spaniel and the groomer refused to buzz her coat due to “moral concerns”. I have been getting my dog groomed this same way for 8 years and several times at this location. I was dumbfounded by the fact that they are hiring groomers that won’t groom dogs. Getting a dog groomed is an all day event and owners plan around this. This is a 35 minute drive from my house. I can understand certain people can have differing opinions and moral issues regarding certain matters. What I cannot fathom from a business perspective is the lack of communication and regard for people’s time. If you employ a groomer that won’t morally groom long haired dogs, perhaps it makes sense to call/text to confirm this prior to having your customers waste their day. Apparently there are other reviews like this so the owner has not taken any action. I will not ever be taking my business here again. The place was also filthy.
