  I'd give it zero stars if that was an option, but 1 it will have to be. I have visited this store multiple times, and at one, they convinced me to sign up for a premium membership, telling me explicitly that it was a monthly service. THEY LIED. It is a YEARLY contract, or so the terms of service apparently says...you know, that multi-page small print electronic document they flash on the screen before you pay? Yah, that one. While that may be "legal" the whole process is unethical and it doesn't change the fact that the workers in the store lied. When customer service is contacted, they of course refer me to the "terms of service"...despite being very capable of correcting this and keeping at least a periodic customer. Thus, I'll keep reviewing with 1-star ratings since apparently I'll be a Paying customer for a while to come.

  The staff is great - friendly and helpful. The only complaint is upkeep. The dog potty area has been unstocked with bags and the trash can overflowing, for months. It's pretty gross

  Serious staff shortage in every department. Especially grooming. Often just one person covering. If they are shampooing dog, you have to wait until they finish. They avoid eye contact and do not acknowledge your presence. I wondered around the store looking to buy somethings for my dog. No assistance available to answer questions. Went to check out, and waited more than 10 minutes before the cashier came back to her post. We never did get our dogs nails trimmed. There is a real reluctance on the staff to help but I'm guessing they are burnt out. They certainly look it.

  I usually have the best experience at this location, but today I was helped by Marissa who states she’s a manager she was very rude. She was more concerned about helping the customer behind me then finishing her transaction with me. I wanted to make sure all my discounts were applied she just kept saying I’m asking do you want me to use all your coupons. I have coupons and my 10% discount which isn’t typically called a coupon. So I needed clarification. She was annoyed by that and then refused to talk. I’m waiting for my total and she then states it’s waiting for you. I don’t know what I’m paying. What is my total she then says “all you have to do is ask”… I’m the customer. She then says I stopped talking to you because you’re rude to me. So because you feel I’m rude you’re not going to tell me my total?! I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. This behavior is unacceptable by an employee to a customer. Especially if you’re the manager of this location.

  Absolutely the BEST petco I have been to, this will be my go to from now on even if it's not on the way.Ri did an amazing job assisting me with my new chameleon and was able to transition straight into a conversation about fish no problem highly recommend this specific location everyone was great that I talked to and interacted with amazing service and friendly staff way to go petco LOVE my new buddy
