  Our groomer is by far the best Doodle groomer around! The Petco team is always super friendly and very helpful! I would not think of taking my favorite child to any other groomer or Petco location!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco. I was looking for a cooling vest for my dog and asked an employee for help. Unfortunately, instead of trying to assist me, she was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely unwilling to help. The only response I received was that she “didn’t know” and that I should just look for it myself. As a customer, I expect at least some effort to help me find a product or point me in the right direction. Good customer service is about being helpful, even if you don’t immediately know the answer. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  Everyone was so helpful! I had help finding my kitty litter and then the cashier Jacki helped get it to my door. Fantastic customer service all around!!

  Rude cashiers. I won't use Petco anymore since I can no longer order crickets, roaches online. At least PetSmart gets how that feature is a godsend for people who's hours constantly change. Petsmart way better

  Stopped into Petco for a few things and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences thanks to Alex. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to run into someone who genuinely cares about helping customers instead of just pointing you toward an aisle. The store was clean, well stocked, and the whole visit was quick and easy. Big thanks to Alex for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be back!
