    Alicia is incompetent at grooming puppies, has a terrible attitude and was cruel to my pet. On top of the that the haircut provided was just plain awful. Never again.

    I had purchased a dog harness that was too big for my dog. I went back to the store to exchange it but I did not have my receipt. Dave explained that he needed my receipt or my phone number to exchange. He tried my phone number and did not find the transaction. I told him that I wanted to buy the smaller size anyway and he could donate the larger harness. When I returned back to the counter with the smaller size Dave explained that he could try to do an exchange with my ID. He was able to successfully do an exchange with my ID. Dave went the extra mile to help a customer and I hope that you will recognize him for this. Thank you.

    The staff & volunteers here are the best & truly care about the individuals that walk through the doors. We did have some scheduling issues, but everything was quickly corrected. It is so nice that you are given sop many choices of what items we want & best part of this food pantry is all the food isn't expired, bug filled, not empty shelving and very limited choices. We are very thankful for the volunteers, staff, as well as those businesses that donate so we do not need to try explaining to our children that we won't be eating dinner because the cost of gas has depleted our food fund. THANKS again to those at Metro Caring for caring...wishing you many blessings to you and those that are helping keep America Fed!

    I have been a member of Petco Since 2009 I have gone to the Petco store on Mexico in Colorado Boulevard since it’s opened… Never have I had a worse experience than today with Marissa whom she said she was the manager! My son was nice enough to go down to get cat food when he got to the counter. It rang up at 1449. He paid it and then said once he got the receipt asked Marissa why it was charged $14.49 when he had it on the phone which he then showed her at $9.76. He was told that that’s the in-store price and he had to show that phone price before purchase. He came home and I turned around and went right back down, not knowing who he had spoke to when I went in. I simply put the cat food down with the receipt and said I need to return this. She gave me a funny look and I said my son was just here and I need to return this because it was supposed to be nine dollars instead of 14. She looked at me and started along rhetorical speech saying that that was in-store and that he hadn’t shown her the phone! Went back-and-forth for a few minutes and she escalated it saying that I was being rude… And several other things that was just very upsetting after a long day at work! As a manager, you’re supposed to de-escalate and help the customer! I am the consumer and a loyal consumer at Petco… Although that could definitely change! With the cost going up and up to not feel that you can be helped responsibly and with compassion is disgusting! Petco, you made a huge mistake by hiring this Young hothead woman!
