I thought this was supposed to be a grooming salon equipped for any type of dog no matter the age. If you guys don’t know how to do the same service on different aged dogs then maybe don’t offer it for senior dogs so we’re not wasting our time. Mia had a bad attitude since the beginning because my dog is a senior dog. Talking about how he can’t stand and seems lethargic, he has no medical problems just wants to be laying around because he’s older but she just didn’t want to do her job or put any effort because it wasn’t convenient for her. So unprofessional, if you don’t know how to work with dogs whether they are puppies or seniors maybe you should look for another job.
