Ollie really loves going to doggie day care! I also love when we get a ‘Report Card’ about his day and being able to check in on him with the cameras!

My issue is with the front desk staff, especially Kelly, who is rude, dismissive and always cranky. People are paying a lot of money for daycare, but every time I pick up my dog and she’s there, she never even says “hello.” Her standard phrase is simply “Card on file?” That’s it. Maybe try a little harder to be kinder...or at least civil.
