Have been going to this location for many years and overall wasn't disappointed until now. We waited 3 days to get in for an in person visit with vet as we have an old dog who became very sick. We were just looking for some advice on if he was in an end of life situation or just sick. We were 5 minutes late to the appointment and they sent us away, said we would have to book for later in the week. Even when we explained we were worried he was literally dieing, they could have cared less.

I brought my 8-month-old Chihuahua in for his third round of routine vaccines on April 8, 2026. He is a small dog (about 16 pounds) and has always been vocal, but he is not aggressive—just nervous, as many puppies are during vet visits. At his initial appointment, everything went well. He received his vaccines, and I even signed up for the wellness plan, which seemed like a great option for routine care and future services like neutering. Because of that positive experience, I scheduled this follow-up visit expecting the same level of care. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. During the appointment, Dr. Torres asked if I had given my puppy trazodone for anxiety. I explained that I prefer not to medicate him unless it is truly necessary, especially for routine preventive care. Despite this, she stated that sedation was required for the safety of her and her staff. My puppy was simply scared and vocal—he was not aggressive, and I believe he could have been comforted and handled appropriately without medication. Instead of working with him or offering alternative approaches, we were refused service unless sedation was used. I also requested a simple nail trim during the visit, which was not completed due to this situation. We ultimately left without receiving any of the scheduled vaccines or services. This experience felt very frustrating and concerning. Preventive care should not automatically require sedation, and pet owners’ preferences and concerns should be respected. I also felt that sedation was being pushed unnecessarily, even though I am already paying for a wellness plan. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in communication, flexibility, and overall bedside manner. Pet owners should feel heard and supported, not pressured into treatments they are uncomfortable with. He is a healthy puppy and a lover. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning. Dr Torres is trying to upsale medications and clearly from the reviews I am seeing this is a problem with her care. She is trying to sedate all animals.

Place is a SCAM! Take your pet elsewhere I am paying for one of their plans whinch include comprehensive exams, heartworm prevention, vaccines, tick/fleas and all that stuff which is about 80 dlls for month. I took my dog for a comprehensive exam and they need to draw blood to check for heartworm. My dog was scared as I am sure a lot of dogs are at the vet so they told me they couldn’t do anything to her and made me buy some 90dlls sedative so they can check her another day. Brought her back and the vet told me the sedative she gave me didn’t work so they couldn’t do anything except doubled the dose and come back again. So I paid again for the medication, today I brought her in for a third time and told me the same thing. Sedative didn’t work and they couldn’t do anything to her, so sent me home with MORE sedatives, which I denied cause at this point it is just ridiculous. They are supposed to be the professionals, my dog is not aggresive she is a big puppy who gets scared, the doctor tried for about 10 min. and quickly send her back. I then asked if she could at least give me the tick and flea medication and said she will not give me that until I bring my dog again for the exam. Like I said SCAM! Just selling sedatives for nothing and not getting what I actually pay for.
