  ⭐ 1-Star Review Absolutely the worst grooming experience we have ever had. I would strongly recommend staying away from this Petco grooming location. We initially had a terrible experience just trying to get our dogs scheduled. We were told that our dogs needed vaccines that they did not actually need for the grooming services. After having to redo vaccines and jump through all of those hoops, we finally got all of our dogs scheduled. Unfortunately, the actual grooming was even worse. Our Shorkie came home with multiple deep cuts/gashes from the clippers. These were not minor scratches. There were several areas where the skin was visibly cut. When we brought it to their attention, we were told that this was “normal” and they blamed it on matting. There was no matting in those areas. I know my dogs and I know what their coats looked like before they were dropped off. Our 2 large dogs were also returned to us with hair still all over their body, making it very clear that he had not been properly rinsed or brushed at all! We were told by the employee that if we weren’t satisfied, we could come back for a refund. When we returned, however, we were told they would only refund one dog, despite the fact that we had 3 dogs “groomed.” If you could even call it that. When we questioned this, the situation escalated and we were ultimately told that we were no longer welcome at this location. Honestly, don’t worry. We have absolutely no desire to ever return. The only reason we used this location in the first place was because we were in a pinch, getting ready to go out of town, and it was the closest Petco to our home. We deeply regret that decision. And unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop with the poor grooming. Since the grooming, our dogs have developed what appears to be an infection around their mouths/muzzles. We are now dealing with another problem that wasn’t there before their visit. I have never experienced such poor grooming service or such poor customer service. Our pets were injured, the grooming was unacceptable, and instead of taking responsibility, we were blamed and ultimately told not to come back. If you care about your pets, please think twice before taking them to this Petco grooming location. We certainly won’t ever be back.

  Took our dog to get groomed, Link did such a wonderful job, he looks wonderful and they treated him wonderfully!!

  Excellent job of bathing and grooming my Golden Retriever. The service was fine professionally and timely. The staff were friendly and were very attentive to my dog.
