  The staff and doctor accommodated us immediately, even though I had mistakenly scheduled the appointment for the following day. The doctor was very thorough, patient, and detailed, and she and the assistant were very gentle with Miso. The doctor also followed up in subsequent days and provided a second prescription when Miso needed it the following day. We appreciate the excellent care and support from the doctor and staff!

  They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and seemed like they truly cared about my very old hedgehog henry. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions even gave me a game plan to improve his quality of life for however long he has left. I would trust them with any of my animals.

  This place is great, they didn't push anything on me, and emailed me my next steps with suggestions for treatment. I love it! I have a Great Dane and he's a happy boy today! 😊

  I brought our axolotl Pietri to see Dr Targoff - he was really friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this place for exotic animals. They made us feel welcome and cared for. While Pietri might have not been the happiest pet they saw that day I'm sure he appreciates the full checkup! 🤣

  The put my angel down peacefully. They made sure she wasn't in pain for her last few days and were very nice. They made sure to give my family time to think on if we were going to put her down and the doctor stepped out of the room. They even had a door button to tell the doctor we were ready.
